KiaDom Homes was founded on the Gold Coast in 2006 by Greg & Kim Kite. What began as a husband-and-wife team with a simple belief — that building should be honest, personal and stress-free — has grown into one of the region's most trusted names in granny flats and small homes.

KiaDom Homes specialises in building small homes — granny flats, studios and custom renovations. Established in 2006, KiaDom Homes has built a reputation for exceptional communication, quality workmanship and outstanding value.
Greg has a wealth of knowledge in the building industry. Having completed housing projects throughout Australia and internationally, Greg is a respected authority on economical and efficient housing within the building community. When he's not inspecting sites and supervising projects, you might find Greg on his mountain bike in the middle of Nerang State Forest or paddling his surf ski through Currumbin Alley.
Greg and Kim Kite have raised their family on the Gold Coast and have been enthusiastic members of the city's business community and sporting clubs for over 20 years.
